22 ways to bring more LOVE into the world

Bringing love into the world is one of the most incredible things you can do!

Tip … use this list as you wish, however, we find it best to focus on one item each day for 21 days. On #day22 make a list of the items that you liked best then incorporate them into your life so you can radiate more love every day! (We would LOVE for you to share it with us too in the comment section below!)

  1. be present and listen to everyone you meet
  2. stop gossip in its tracks
  3. give 5 compliments
  4. be a good example, live authentically
  5. give advice in a compassionate way
  6. SMILE
  7. buy local and shop ethical & kind
  8. share your talents with the world
  9. silently wish that good things will come to people around you
  10. donate each month to transparent charities
  11. ask if you can help
  12. volunteer
  13. tell someone what they mean to you
  14. buy coffee or lunch for the person in line behind you
  15. bake some healthy snacks or desserts for your neighbors
  16. thank everyone that provides a service for you
  17. give hugs & high fives
  18. call (don’t text) someone you haven't spoken to in a while
  19. send someone a card or flowers just because
  20. love yourself
  21. look for the good in others
